ISS Annual General Meeting

Integration Support Services' AGM for 2010 took place on 12 November at Harlow College.  A well-attended meeting learned about ISS' strategy from CEO Mimoza Matoshi, and had an informative talk from local MP Robert Halfon.

Those present also had an update on the ISS website, and were briefed by ISS partner Pitney Bowes.

ISS Earns PQASSO Quality Certification

ISS has been awarded Level 1 certification under the PQASSO Quality Management System, with enthusiastic support and participation by staff and Trustees.  The organisation is now working towards Level 2.
PQASSO is intended to provide a quality assurance framework for small, medium or large voluntary and community organisations.
